Refund policy

Credits. You buy credits one at a time, or in packs of 30 or 100. One credit downloads and reads one company. One more downloads it again when MCA has new filings on it.

A request that cannot complete returns its credit. If MCA does not return the documents after our attempts, the credit goes back to your wallet automatically and we tell you by email. We try again the next morning. You do not pay twice for the same company.

A request that completes is not refundable. Once the documents are in your vault, MCA's inspection fee of ₹100 has been paid to the Ministry on your behalf and the profile has been read. That credit is used.

Unused credits. Packs are paid once and are not refunded as money. If you bought a pack by mistake and have used none of it, write to us within 7 days and we will refund the payment less the payment gateway's charge.

Master copy and search. Both are free and never use a credit.
